锐新ZXFlasee 系列检测系统是一款专为铝合金轮毂X射线检测数字成像(DR)而设计的高效高清标准化检测系统。
可增选ADR缺陷自动设备软件,是一种国际先进的AI与机器视觉想结合的高端图像判别软件,可实现在无人值守状态下,对轮毂的轮毂轮辐轮辋进行缺陷自动识别与判定,大幅提供检测效率。
1. 主要特点

采用锐新金属陶瓷管X射线机,对二级、三级缺陷的识别能力明显高于一体化射线机

检测节拍:17寸轮毂约45s
采用CNC编程,完成每个轮型检测所需的运动轨迹、不同检测部位射线能量设定以及铅门开关等,高效完成检测。
* 基于智能相机图像采集系统,实现轮型自动识别。
2. 检测方式说明
1). 待检轮毂进入进件小车,进件小车将轮毂运送至进件门口,气缸推送轮毂进入铅防护室内。
2).L型链条带动待检轮毂运行至检测位,X射线由X射线管发出,透照检测工件,被平板探测器接收将检测图像在电脑显示器上显示。C型臂可倾角检测,传送链条可移动轮毂前进或后退,完成对轮毂内部缺陷的观测。
3). 检测结束,链条将检后轮毂输送至出件小车,运行到出件口,输送至辊道。
4). 重复上述程序步骤完成对下一个工件的检测工作。

Optional ADR defect automatic detectionrecognition software, which is an advanced AI and machinevision combination high-end image judgment software that canrealize automatic defect recognition and judgment of wheel hubs ina state of unattended operation, greatly improving inspectionefficiency.
1. Main Features
* The inspected workpiece size is 13-24", which can meet theinspection requirements of most wheel hubs.
* The radiation leakage dose is less than 1μSv/h,providingsufficient safety protection.
* RAYSOV metal ceramic tube and RAYSOV HFHV X-ray machine isused,which has a higher recognition ability of secondary andtertiary defects than the integrated X-ray machine.
* RAYSOV metal ceramic tube high-power small-focus X-ray machinehas a higher defect recognition ability,Suitable for industrial useenvironment, reliable quality and durable .
* Inspection cycle: about 45s for a 17-inch wheel
* Using CNC programming,therequired motion trajectory, different detection positionX-rayenergy setting, and lead door opening for each wheelinspection arecompleted, enabling efficient inspection.
* If customer need toadd on an intelligent image acquisitionsystem, wheel type is automatically identified(ADR softwareoptional).
2. Inspection Method Explanation
1). The wheel hub to be inspected enters the feeding cart, andthefeeding cart transports the wheel hub to the entrance of theleadshielding room. The air cylinder pushes the wheel hub into theleadshielding room.
2). The L-shaped chain drives the inspection wheel hubto inspection position. The X-ray is emitted by RAYSOV metalceramic X-ray tube andpenetrates the inspected workpiece,which is received by the flat detector and displayed on thecomputer monitor. The C-arm can tilt for inspection, and theconveyor chain can move the wheel hubforward or backward tocomplete observation of internal defects ofthe wheel hub.
3). The inspection is completed, and the conveyor chain willtransport the inspected wheel hub to the outgoing cart and run tothe out port. The wheel hub is then conveyed to the rollerconveyor.
4). Repeat the above procedure steps to complete the inspectionwork for the next wheel.
