SVPI型 超级闪蒸器（Super VPI）
一．应用范围
YunTek超级闪蒸器适用于带压力液体样品进入分析仪器进行分析的前端气化以及样品传输。其设计与性能与国内同种产品相比有一定优势。
YunTek Super VPI is suitable for front-end gasification and sampletransfer with pressure liquid samples entering the analysisinstrument for analysis. Its design and performance have certainadvantages compared with the same kind of domestic products.
本产品适用于下述分析前的样品处理：
This product is suitable for sample processing prior to thefollowing analysis：
1. 各类工业用烯烃中微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳的分析，配合气相色谱仪使用。Analysis of trace amounts ofcarbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in various kinds of industrialolefins, used in conjunction with gas chromatography.
2. 液态烃组成分析，配合气相色谱仪使用。
Analysis of the composition of liquid hydrocarbons, used inconjunction with gas chromatography.
3. 其他组分分析，如烃类中硫化物分析。
Other component analyses, such as sulphide analysis inhydrocarbons.
二．仪器特点
1.本仪器相比一般的液体进样阀更加方便，而且分析结果更加。
This instrument is more convenient than the general liquid samplevalve and the analysis results are more accurate.
2.所有液样品均在恒压环境中被汽化和传输，克服了液态样品在气化过程中，由于其密度变化而导致的错误，确保了分析谱图出峰良好。
All liquid samples are vaporized and transmitted in a constantpressure environment, which overcomes the errors caused by thechange of density in the liquid sample during the gasificationprocess, and ensures that the analysis spectrum peaks well.
3.全程传输管线具有可调伴热功能，保证样品不会冷凝。
The whole transmission pipeline has adjustable thermal function toensure that the sample does not condense.

三．产品优势
1.全程惰性化管路及惰性化处理过滤器，杜绝腐蚀、吸附。

Two user-adjustable heaters are designed to control the temperatureof theflash steam and the feeding pipe respectively, so as toachieve the full range of heat and prevent the second condensationafter the sample is vaporized.
5.经闪蒸后样品，进行重复进样分析，分析结果相对标准偏差大控制在 0.5%，优于同类国内产品。
After the flash steam sample, repeated sample analysis, theanalysis results relative to the standard deviation of the maximumcontrol at 0.5 %, superior to the same domestic products.

五．应用分析
石化客户样品组分以液态碳四为主，理论上液态样品热水浴气化进样存在挥发不完全的问题，挥发性组分的重现性较差（重烃组分重复性很差，甚至大于50%）。实际数据也验证了，客户直接气态进样数据重复性很差，即使用国产品牌闪蒸器，由于使用了过大的传输管路，导致样品不能够被完全气化，进而会导致样品分析结果的不完整以及其它错误，亦存在重烃组分挥发不充分或二次冷凝的现象。通过闪蒸进样的硫化物分析结果谱图中，羰基硫组分峰面积相对标准偏差低于0.5%，保证了分析结果的重复性。证明了 YunTek 闪蒸器对硫化物组分的进果。

The peak area of carbonyl sulfur component is less than0.5 % of the standard difference in the spectrum of sulphideanalysis by Flash steaming sample, which ensures the repeatabilityof the analysis results. The results of YunTek flash evaporator onsulphide composition were proved.
六．系统需求
1.分析仪器需安装气体进样阀
